Our Apps are GDPR & CCPA compliance......

All Your Data are Processed 100% within your monday Instance. Eg. (yourcompany.monday.com). Our App are hosted with monday.com. We keep all your data 100% private and secured. All our apps leverages monday.com Database Storage API. In other words, all your data are stored within your monday Storage Instance. This simply means that only you(Admin) and your Teams can acess your data based on the priviledges you granted them from the app.

Your Data is 100% in your hand which is stored by monday.com highly secured System.

For each app we created, we provide a DB System that allow your monday instance Admin to manage your instance data from the app. Your Admin can View, Edit or delete your data to and from your monday instance any time anyday.
For Google and Outlook Calendar Embed, the app uses cookies to ensure that your embed calendar will work just fine.

Finally, We Jelisoft Developers, do not store or process any of your data oustisde your monday.com instance. we dont have access to any of your data and not even a single character of your data is stored on our ends.

Terms and Conditions of Service

Stated here are terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the software solutions provided on this site by Jelisoft.com offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on the Internet.

License Grant:

Jelisoft.com grants the License a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software in accordance with the terms stated in this agreement.

Serviceability:

Our applications are integrated and hosted on monday.com secured system. monday.com ensures the availability of the solutions as provided by these services.

Solution/Service Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement. The Jelisoft reserves the right to terminate the agreement, in whole or in part, without prior notice. In regards to termination by the user, any fees paid in respect of our services cannot be refunded.

Data Management & Warehousing:

All your data are processed and stored 100% on monday.com storage infrastructure via monday.com key database Storage API. None of your data is stored at our ends.

Service Warranties and Disclaimers:

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE JELISOFT MAY BE INCORRECT OR CONTAIN ERRORs,OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES ETC. EXCEPT WHERE EXPLICITLY EMPHASIZED IN THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE JELISOFT, ALL INFORMATION, DATA, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. THE JELISOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ON NO ACCOUNT SHALL THE JELISOFT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY ARISING FROM THE USE OF APPLICATION. FINALLY, JELISOFT HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO ANY OF OUR APPLICATION AT ANY GIVEN TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Liability Limitation:

The Jelisoft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arises from the use of our Services.

Exoneration:

You here by agree not to blame but to free and exonorate Jelisoft and its subsidiaries etc. from any legal issues, damages, claim or demand whatsover from you or your users or Team etc. arising from the use of our Services or Our Website.

Right of Publicity:

You are given the right to announce anywhere including in public that you are a user of any of our Applications/Solutions.

Terms Changeability:

The Jelisoft has the right at any given time to modify the terms and conditions which will be made available on the site. Continued access to or use of the solution following any amendments to the Terms shall signify your agreement to such revisions/updates.
